PAYMENT OPTIONS

 Credit Card: Credit Cards are securely accepted through STRIPE payment processing.  All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Red Head Fishing Tackle has issued a return reference number (RRN). Please read Red Head Fishing Tackle’s Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy before placing your order.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please use the “Contact Us” form if you have any issues with your order, questions, or a custom order request. While we strive to reply within 48 hours (business days) there may be time it will take longer for you to receive a response .  Please be patient as we are not a big box store with staff or call centers.

ORDER STATUS

Due to the nature of handmade items, please allow 3-10 days for order processing before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

We are unable to cancel, modify or hold orders once they are shipped. Please read the return and cancellation policies before placing an order.

CONDITION OF USE / CHOCKING HAZZARD:

“WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 12 yrs. Please never leave young children unsupervised while using any of our products. Our products may contain small parts and components that could potentially become a choking hazard. All Red Head Fishing Tackle products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order, you agree that Red Head Fishing Tackle, the Owners of Red Head Fishing Tackle, and employees accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

 

SHIPPING

 Orders are all processed, created, packaged and shipped from Port Clinton, Ohio.

Pick-Up Orders: Local pick-up is available for residents of Port Clinton, Ottawa County and Put-in-Bay Ohio. Please choose the “pick-up” option during checkout and you will be contacted with available pick-up dates after your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

 Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please note creation times for custom and personalized items varies depending on the item, quantity ordered, and current order volume.

Orders are not processed or created on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on Holidays.
